Apart from the centre residents and its staff, the following individuals may enter:

• foreigners seeking refugee status benefiting from social assistance - following an approval by the head of the centre;
• other individuals - following an approval by the General Director of the Office for Foreigners;
• representatives of the Office of the High Commissioner for Refugees may enter the centre provided that the head of the centre was notified before.
