The period of social assistance expires two months after the receipt of a final decision on granting refugee status and, if the refugee status procedure was discontinued, 14 days after the receipt of a final decision on discontinuing the procedure.However, if the individual submitted an application for assistance in voluntary return, the period of assistance will be extended until the day of leaving.
