The effects of establishing that the Republic of Poland is not responsible for considering an application for granting the refugee status
If certain circumstances take place during the proceedings that justify transmitting the applicant or the person on behalf of whom the applicant acts to another Member State responsible for considering the application for granting the refugee status on the basis of Council Regulation (WE) No. 343/2003, the body conducting the proceedings shall issue a decision on the transfer and dismissal of proceedings.
The applicant and the person on behalf of whom the applicant acts subject to the transfer may be transported to the border or to the border of the country into which they are transferred or to an airport or a sea port of that country.
