Personal data of an alien on the basis of which it can be established that:

1) The process of granting the refugee status is in progress or has been finalised;

2) The alien has been granted or denied the refugee status;

3) The alien has been granted or denied consent to tolerated stay;

4) The alien has been granted or denied complementary protection;

-  may not be made available to authorities or public institutions from his/her country of origin.
