Due to the final judgement delivered by the European Court of Human Rights
in the case of M.S.S v. Belgium and Greece the transfer of asylum seekers
from Poland carried out pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Council
Regulation (EC) No 343/2003 establishing the criteria and mechanisms for
determining the Member State responsible for examining an asylum
application lodged in one of the Member States by a third country national
has been suspended as of February 1,2011
