In the course of the proceedings for granting a refugee status the documents are delivered to the applicant or, if the applicant acts through an agent, to his/her agent. The applicant, whose place of residence is a centre for aliens applying for granting a refugee status, is delivered documents through the director of the centre with a acknowledgment of receipt. If such a delivery of documents is not possible the document is left with the director for a period of 7 days. The director places a notice of the arrival of the document, date and place of its receipt on the notice board in the centre in the language understandable for the alien. The document is considered to have been delivered after 7 days following when the notice is placed on the notice board.
