The persons seeking refugee status are under special protection. The foreigner's details based on which it is possible to determine whether:

• the refugee status procedure is in progress or has been discontinued,
• the foreigner has been granted or refused refugee status,
• the foreigner has been granted or refused a permit for tolerated stay,
• the foreigner has been granted or refused subsidiary protection

 - may not be made available to authorities or public institutions of the country of origin.
